Where Muslim Women Belong in the Mosque

What’s up with the inequity of Muslim women’s sections being beneath mosques, sometimes in dungeon-like small basements? Or, women may be given a small portion in the back of a big hall… all the while, men are always in the front in a big, spacious area. Not to mention women are also most often accompanied by children making space even more limited for them. Always made me furious. Gender bias at its finest in Islam. 🙄
